Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Wolfe1.com LLC collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. Information we collect

When you use the Contact page, you may provide:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • A message subject
  • The contents of your message

When you purchase software, Wolfe1.com may receive and retain your email address, order and transaction references, purchased product, payment status, amount and currency, and resulting license references needed for delivery and support. Wolfe1.com does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

When you request check-printing service through the protected order form, Wolfe1.com collects the contact, shipping, account-holder, financial-institution, routing, account, starting check number, quantity, authorization, and proof-approval information needed to quote and fulfill that request.

The website may also receive limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the site, such as your Internet Protocol address, browser information, request time, and requested page.

2. How information is used

Information submitted through the website may be used to:

  • Respond to questions and support requests
  • Understand the subject of your inquiry
  • Protect the website against spam and abuse
  • Diagnose technical or security problems
  • Maintain appropriate business records
  • Verify purchases and deliver software licenses
  • Provide transaction, licensing, and refund support
  • Quote, prepare, proof, print, ship, and support requested blank-check printing

Wolfe1.com does not currently use information submitted through the Contact page for unrelated advertising or mailing-list purposes.

3. Contact-form email delivery

Contact-form messages are transmitted through SMTP2GO, a third-party transactional email provider, so that Wolfe1.com can receive and respond to your inquiry.

Information included in your message may therefore be processed by SMTP2GO as necessary to provide email delivery and related security services.

4. Spam prevention

This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help determine whether a form submission is being made by a person rather than an automated system.

Technical information associated with the Turnstile verification may be transmitted to and processed by Cloudflare.

5. Cookies and local storage

Wolfe1.com does not currently use advertising cookies or create visitor profiles for targeted advertising.

Essential cookies or similar browser storage may be used by the website or its security providers when necessary for form security, request validation, session handling, or reliable operation.

The Games section may use an essential, temporary ASP.NET Core session cookie to maintain an active AICOH game and optional display names. It is not used for advertising and does not represent or create a user account. Active game state may be lost when the session expires or the website server restarts.

3B. Check-printing financial information

Routing numbers, account numbers, and related check-layout information submitted through the protected check-printing order form are encrypted before storage and used only to quote, prepare, produce, support, and resolve the requested service. They are not used for unrelated purposes.

Do not submit banking information through ordinary email or the general Contact form. Order and status emails contain the public order reference and operational status, not full routing or account numbers.

3A. Payments and license delivery

Software payments are handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy practices. Wolfe1.com receives transaction and order information necessary to verify payment, prevent duplicate fulfillment, deliver a license by email, and provide support.

Purchaser email addresses are used for license delivery and transaction or support communications. Wolfe1.com does not intentionally store full card numbers, card security codes, or complete bank-account credentials.

6. Information sharing

Wolfe1.com does not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary:

  • To operate the website, process purchases through Stripe, and deliver email
  • To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations
  • To protect the rights and safety of Wolfe1.com or others

7. Data retention

Contact messages and related records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, provide support, maintain business records, or address legal and security concerns.

Order, transaction, fulfillment, and license-delivery records may be retained as reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, disputes, and legal obligations.

Sensitive check-printing bank data is kept only as long as reasonably needed to produce the order and resolve the applicable support, refund, or dispute period. An authorized administrator can redact it after completion or cancellation while retaining non-sensitive order reference, service, quantity, dates, status, shipment, and audit metadata where reasonably necessary.

Records that are no longer needed may be deleted as part of routine maintenance.

8. Data security

Wolfe1.com uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, bank-account information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through the general Contact form.

9. Children’s privacy

Wolfe1.com is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13. The website does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact Wolfe1.com to request review or deletion.

10. Third-party websites

This website may link to independently operated websites, products, or services. Wolfe1.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.

Review the privacy policy of any third-party website before submitting information to it.

11. Future products and services

Wolfe1.com is currently being redesigned. Future products may include browser-based applications, downloadable licensed software, user accounts, or other services.

This policy will be revised before materially different information-collection practices are introduced.

12. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the website, products, legal requirements, or service providers change. The current revision date will be displayed at the top of this page.
