CheckPrinter Pro 2

License Agreement & Terms of Use

These terms govern use of CheckPrinter Pro, provided and licensed by Wolfe1.com LLC.

Version 1.0 · Effective: September 2026

1. Agreement and provider

This CheckPrinter Pro License Agreement & Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) is between you and Wolfe1.com LLC (“Wolfe1.com”), the provider and licensor of CheckPrinter Pro. By purchasing, activating, or using CheckPrinter Pro, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase, activate, or use the software.

2. License grant and restrictions

CheckPrinter Pro 2 is licensed, not sold. A purchased license grants you a non-exclusive right to use CheckPrinter Pro major version 2 according to the purchased entitlement. The current standard entitlement is perpetual for major version 2 and permits activation on up to two devices. Future major versions may require a separate license.

You may not sell, publicly share, redistribute, publish, or transfer the license key or credential except where applicable law expressly permits. You may not bypass, disable, tamper with, or circumvent licensing or activation controls.

3. Lawful and authorized check use

CheckPrinter Pro may be used only to prepare checks for accounts the user is authorized to use. The software may not be used to create, alter, reproduce, or facilitate counterfeit, forged, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise unauthorized checks or payment instruments.

You are responsible for having lawful authority to issue checks from the account; entering accurate routing, account, check, payee, and payment information; obtaining all required signatures and authorizations; ensuring sufficient funds; and complying with applicable law and the requirements of your financial institution.

You may not use CheckPrinter Pro to counterfeit checks; forge checks or signatures; impersonate an account holder; issue checks against an account you are not authorized to use; alter or reproduce checks for a fraudulent purpose; or bypass licensing or activation controls.

4. No bank, account, or payment verification

CheckPrinter Pro and Wolfe1.com do not independently verify bank-account ownership, routing or account-number correctness, available funds, signatures, authority to issue a particular payment, or whether a financial institution will accept a particular printed check.

5. Printing and MICR responsibility

You are responsible for suitable check stock, printer configuration, calibration, positioning, MICR requirements, compliance with your bank's requirements, and secure protection of banking information and blank check stock.

MICR toner or magnetic ink is recommended for checks intended for normal U.S. banking processing and should be used for the MICR routing/account/check-number line to conform with traditional banking/MICR standards. Some modern processing equipment can optically read non-magnetic printing, but optical readability does not replace MICR printing standards. Consult your financial institution if uncertain.

Only the MICR line requires magnetic properties. The remainder of the check may be printed with ordinary toner or ink, and the entire check may be printed with compatible MICR toner. Avoid unrelated magnetic printing within the MICR clear band. When appropriate, test printed checks with your financial institution. Neither CheckPrinter Pro nor Wolfe1.com guarantees acceptance by every bank or other institution.

6. Refund requests

You may submit a refund request within 14 days after purchase by contacting Wolfe1.com with your order reference. Requests are handled under the published purchase and refund information and applicable law; this Agreement does not promise that every request will result in an automatic refund. A license associated with a refunded purchase may be deactivated after the refund is processed. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Software operation, warranty, and responsibility

CheckPrinter Pro is provided subject to applicable law. Printer hardware, drivers, check stock, bank procedures, and processing systems vary, so Wolfe1.com does not guarantee that every printer, bank, workflow, or processing system will accept every printed check. You remain responsible for reviewing and authorizing financial transactions created using the software.

To the extent permitted by law, Wolfe1.com's liability for claims arising from the software or this Agreement is limited to direct losses reasonably attributable to Wolfe1.com and will not include indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. Wolfe1.com may terminate or revoke a license for a material breach of this Agreement, fraudulent or unauthorized use, license abuse, or circumvention of licensing controls, subject to applicable law. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and license credential.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of non-waivable consumer protections or remedies that apply in your place of residence.

10. Changes and contact

The version and effective date identify the terms presented for acceptance. Material changes will be published as a new version and will apply as permitted by law. Questions may be sent through the Contact page.
